Something doesn’t fit right? Was your item damaged upon receipt?
We’re here for you with a hassle-free item replacement policy that gives you up to 14 days to initiate your exchange from when your item is delivered.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a support team member.
In the event you have received a defective item, please email us at support@acrpoker.eu immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description
- A pic of the damaged item
- If your parcel has been damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it to customer support.
- All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Unless a support team member has verified proof of damage, we cannot issue a replacement.
- Once we’ve received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to rectify the problem ASAP.
